We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for check-in. We highly recommend that you pre-book your next service appointment prior to leaving the salon, in order to have your preferred date and time.
A 24 hour advanced notice is required for cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less required time will result in a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. A "no show” will be charged full value of the services scheduled.
To maintain a quiet and relaxed atmosphere for our guests, we ask that you please silence your cell phone beyond the reception area.
Children are welcomed to receive services in our salon. However, for safety reasons and to allow a relaxing experience for you and other clientele, we ask that childcare arrangements be made otherwise.
Payment is due at the end of your service. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gift Cards are available for any dollar amounts. Gift Cards are non- transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash. They may be exchanged for other services or products at face value. Gift Cards must be presented upon check-in. All Gift Cards sales are final.
Retail purchases made with credit/debit cards may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, credit/debit purchases are available for exchange or store credit. Cash or check purchases are available for exchange or store credit only.
Gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients. We provide gratuity envelopes for your convenience.
For your convenience, we serve complimentary refreshments; coffee, tea, sodas and bottled water with an assortment of desserts cheese and fruits.
